ZeeMee Forms Builder is a WordPress form builder with one job: getting your form data to where it is actually used. Build the form visually, point it at your CRM, Power Automate, Zapier, Make or your own API – and every submission arrives as a single flat JSON object you can read straight away, with no nested fields to untangle.
Who is it for?
Small businesses and associations that want contact, sign-up or lead forms to talk to the systems they already use – without paying for a heavy form suite or storing personal data in WordPress.
What it does
- Visual builder with drag-and-drop, live preview and 15 field types (text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes, file upload, headings and more).
- Conditional fields – show a field only when another one has a given value.
- Endpoint with custom headers – POST, PUT or PATCH with e.g.
AuthorizationorX-Api-Key. - Example payload and test button – see the exact JSON your system will receive and send a test from the editor, with the raw response.
- URL parameter tracking – hidden fields capture
utm_source,gclid,fbclidand friends, and can remember the value from the landing page to a form on another page. - Notification email and receipt to the sender, with merge tags.
- Spam protection with a honeypot and optional Google reCAPTCHA v3 (off by default – no external scripts unless you choose them).

How it works
Create a form under ZeeMee Plugins → Forms, build the fields, enter the endpoint and headers, hit “Send test request”, and paste the shortcode of the form into a page or a blog post.
Submissions are never stored in WordPress – they are only forwarded to your endpoint and/or email.
