When you visit my blog to get help with your marketing, you shouldn’t have to waste energy worrying about what happens to your personal information. Your time is better spent on your business. That’s why I’ve created this privacy policy, where I explain in plain, understandable language what data I collect, why I do it, and how I take good care of it.
As a digital marketing specialist, I am used to strict data security requirements. I bring that with me to this blog. You should feel confident that your information is in safe hands, whether you’re simply reading the site, writing a comment, or sending me an email.
Below you can read exactly how I handle your data in accordance with current legislation (GDPR).
1. Who is the data controller?
I am the one running the blog, and therefore I am also responsible for the data collected on this site.
Contact information:
- Nichlas Findinge Larsen
Dronningholmvej 2
9600 Aars

nicklarzn@gmail.com
2. What information do I collect – and why?
I only collect the information that is absolutely necessary to give you the best experience and the most relevant content. I typically collect data in these three situations:
- When you visit the website (Cookies and statistics)
To understand which articles and guides help you the most, I use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). Here I collect anonymized data about how you navigate the site, your IP address (which is anonymized), and what type of device you use. This helps me optimize the blog and write even better content. - When you sign up for the newsletter
Here I only ask for your name and your email address. The sole purpose is to be able to send you the latest articles, tips, and tools directly to your inbox. - When you write a comment
If you ask a question or share an experience in the comments section, I save your name, your email address, and your IP address to display the comment and protect the blog against spam.
3. Who do I share your information with?
I never sell your data to others. Period.
However, to run the blog, I use a number of trusted partners (data processors). This includes, for example, the company that hosts the website and the system I use to send out newsletters. These suppliers only process data on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
4. How long do I store your data?
I regularly clean up and only store your data for as long as it makes sense in relation to the purpose for which it was collected:
- Comments: Remain on the blog until you ask me to delete them.
- Statistics: Are automatically deleted after 14 months in my analytics tool.
5. Your rights (GDPR made easy)
Even though it is my blog, it is your data. This means that you always have the right to:
- Know exactly what information I have about you.
- Have incorrect information corrected.
- Have your information deleted (“the right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw your consent (e.g., by unsubscribing from newsletters, etc.).
If you want to exercise your rights, just send me an email. Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with how I handle your data, you always have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
