    In my current role, I hold overall responsibility for the digital user experience across our entire digital ecosystem, encompassing our public website, authenticated online banking environment, and mobile app. To ensure a relevant and seamless customer journey, I work extensively with data-driven segmentation and content personalization via Dynamic Yield, while also managing the development and execution of automated omnichannel communications via email and SMS in Agillic.

    Furthermore, I build marketing automation workflows and system integrations using Power Automate, Zapier, and Make.com. As a key initiative to optimize internal workflows, I conceptualized and developed an internal marketing toolbox that serves as an integration hub featuring custom-built digital tools for the marketing department. Among other solutions, I developed a tailored AI chatbot where conversation starters are generated from static forms and predefined prompt templates, alongside dedicated tools for content planning, bulk image cropping in multiple aspect ratios, and keyword research tools.
